• To enhance the security of our networks and information systems.

Whenever we process personal account data for these purposes we will ensure that we always keep your Personal Data Rights in the highest regard and take into account all of your data protection rights under current UK legislation and GDPR 2018.

We will retain customer and supplier details on our system until such a time as they formally request their personal data to be ported and/or erased via the submission of a formal Subject Access Request (SAR).

If you decide, however, after reading this the above that you wish for your personal data to be erased then please email, compliance@scotchfrost.com with your SAR and we will erase your personal details from our systems in line with Article 17 of the up and coming GDPR and formally inform you when the removal of your personal data has been completed.
